What to write about
Tell us the format, length and file size, plus your browser and device. Describe the file instead of attaching it. That’s usually enough for us to reproduce the problem.
The target you set, the size you got and what looks off. A screenshot of the result screen helps. See the Disclaimer first, since the answer is often a very small target.
Bugs, layout problems, a button that does nothing. Your device and browser are usually enough to reproduce it.
Asking about your data or using a right described in the Privacy Policy. Say which right you’re using.
What we can’t help with
Your videos never leave your device, so we never have a copy. We can’t recover a file or a download you’ve lost.
MakeVideoSmaller only makes videos smaller. Trimming, editing, subtitles and format conversion aren’t part of the tool.
Please don’t email video files or personal documents. We have no use for them and no wish to hold them.
